Congratulations to Kat Hollwood who recently won an award for best early career presentation at the 19th BRIC (Bioprocessing Research Industry Club) dissemination event in Ashford, Kent.
Kat's prize is a full bursary to attend ESACT-UK 2017 (UK Society for Cell Culture Biotechnology) to present on her current postdoctoral work that is entitled – Application of single cell metabolite profiling to optimisation of stem cell bioprocessing.
The project received positive feedback from fellow academics and industrial partners at this BBSRC BRIC dissemination event.
